Internal Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate products or services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to meet sales targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using IT systems.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in a sales role, demonstrating a strong ability to drive results preferably in the building wholesale industry
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal, with excellent communication abilities.
- A background in customer service is highly desirable, showcasing an understanding of client needs.
- Familiarity with IT tools that support sales processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
Pay: £28,634.00-£34,000.00 per year
