**The Role**
As a Quality Systems Manager, you will manage, implement and develop the site quality management system, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, customer expectations, codes of practice and BRC standards.
You’ll manage the delivery of the food safety plan (HACCP) and internal audit programme, carrying out regular review processes to ensure that root issues are addressed and GMP compliance is achieved.
Overseeing the internal and external audit platform, you will lead the continual improvement of the site quality management system and ensure that expectations, non-conformances and recommendations are effectively managed.
Additionally, you will:

- Ensure that all documentation information is relevant, complete and up to date
- Advise and train management and employees on procedural and system requirements
- Develop and report site KPIs
- Support the technical management team to deliver the technical vision on site
**About You**
To be considered as a Quality Systems Manager, you will need:

- A minimum of three years’ experience working within a manufacturing technical team
- Experience of managing a food production technical management system
- Knowledge and understanding of Quality Systems and Quality Management
- An intermediate certificate (Level 3 or above) in Food Safety and HACCP
- IT proficiency
