We are seeking a motivated individual to join our small, dynamic team. If you like data analysis and would like to learn more to expand your knowledge and skills, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and gain valuable experience.
The team is looking to appoint a dedicated person who is organised and creative, with strong IT and interpersonal skills and who will ensure a consistent and quality service.
You will be expected to undertake a full range of admin duties including use of spreadsheets, maintenance of database systems, general clerical work, finance related work, dealing with enquiries over the phone and other duties relevant to the service area.
You must be able to plan and organise your work, have natural professional curiosity and be able to work in a multi-agency manner. You must have a can-do attitude as this work can be very demanding at times but at the same time extremely rewarding. You should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and work as part of a team.
You will also have experience of using manual and electronic information systems and as well as being able to store and retrieve information.
