**Job Purpose**

Working within our successful New Product Development Team, you will be a key player ensuring products meet both customer and company standards, specifications and requirements. You will work across all four of our award wining factories and will be the link between new product development and the production teams.

You will help manufacture and pack both new and existing products. You will lead trials, improve our existing production capability and ensure our operation is safe, efficient and delivers outstanding results. Every time. You will liaise with stakeholders across the business to provide a high quality and efficient service.

As an Process Technologist you will be responsible for top line development. You will have a hands on approach in addition to clerical and office based work. You will have the ability to manage relationships with stake holders of all levels.

**What it takes**

You will have experience working within a production or new product development department. You will have a passion for food. You will be a key team player with excellent communication skills.
