Apprenticeship Recruitment Team Leader

**Introduction**:
The Apprenticeship Recruitment Team is growing This an exciting opportunity to become a Team Leader in an ever expanding team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**DUTIES**
- Leading and supporting a team of recruiters
- Create reports to ensure KPIs are met for the Recruitment Team
- Overseeing the recruitment of all clients
- Hold appraisals / one-to-ones / performance reviews
- Review and amend recruitment processes
- Account manage clients for all their training needs
- Following up on enquiries from marketing
- Manage and keep the recruitment CRM system up to date
- Interviewing potential learners and providing them with accurate information, advice and guidance along with keeping records of all the above activities
- Fulfilling recruitment requests within agreed timescales
- Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group
- Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
- Identify own learning and training needs
- Identify learning and training needs for other ERCs within the team
- Ensure own deadlines are met as well as deadlines assigned to other ERCs
- Create and submit accurate and timely reports to Apprenticeship Sales & Recruitment Manager
- Conduct your role in line with the company value and expected behaviours

- Ensure confidentially and professionalism always

Bonus structure available - OTE of up to £30,000
