**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**DUTIES**
- Following up on enquiries from marketing
- Manage enquiries from clients and provide appropriate support
- Liaise with other internal departments to keep records up to date where appropriate
- Manage and keep your own CRM system up to date
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external organisations
- Interviewing potential learners and providing them with accurate information, advice and guidance along with keeping records of all the above activities
- Fulfil recruitment needs within agreed timescales
- Ensure recruitment trackers are accurate and submitted as per agreed deadlines
- To identify and engage in communication with local employment partnership groups to promote our services and identify opportunities
- Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group
- Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
- Conduct your role in line with the company value and expected behaviours
- Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company
- Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and to be vigilant to potential concerns and risks
- Ensure confidentially and professionalism always

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
Learners are at the centre of everything we do so we are committed to safeguarding and promoting their welfare. If your role is applicable, the successful applicant will be required to provide satisfactory references and prove their eligibility to work in the UK. Depending on your role, we may also need to carry out a DBS check in addition to an adverse media / digital search.
**Salary**: £20,600.00-£23,000.00 per year
