- **Hours**: Full time, permanent - 37.5 hours per week
- **Deadline**:Monday 19th June

As the Team Leader for Outdoor Learning in the New Forest, you will be responsible for establishing Youth Options Outdoor Learning delivery and the team at our new venue at New Park Farm (New Forest). You will also be required to travel to our Eastleigh venues as part of this role, as well as occasionally working evenings and on the weekends.

Your role will be to engage local school and education provides to plan, implement, and review nature-based learning programmes and activities to meet the needs of the children and young people.

You will oversee the delivery of all outdoor learning programmes with a responsibility for programme content, maintenance and preparation of materials, resources and activity areas, the organisation of team rotas, and programme quality.

As well as planning and organising delivery, you will be responsible for line managing the team of Outdoor Learning Leaders providing them with high-quality management and support.
