**Role Responsibilities**

In what is a varied and challenging position, the remit of this appointment will include (but not limited to):

- Working in collaboration with an experienced team to assist with a wide range of rural property transactions.
- Dealing with crofting, renewables, agriculture holdings and general estate work.
- Responsible to deal with a varied workload and to prioritise deadlines.

**Person Specification**

To be considered for this opportunity, our client does require the following experience /background:

- Ideally be an experienced Paralegal with a demonstratable track record in dealing with Rural Property matters (preferably dealing with landowning, farming, and renewable clients).
- Someone who is able of working as a part of a team, under pressure, whilst adopting a flexible and proactive attitude.
