To get you started in the role, we ask you are NQ-3PQE, ideally with some experience in dispute resolution, but this is not essential as the firm is willing to help you explore a new practice area like disputes. Your main duties will include: Supporting your senior colleagues with a variety of dispute resolution cases. Being present at in-person court appearances and potentially virtual hearings.Consistently being professional with clients and colleagues.Having strong communication with clients, while also ensuring you are listening and meeting their needs.Being able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Ensuring you build a solid portfolio of casesA real problem-solving attitude towards tasks.
