Teaching personnel are seeking to recruit experienced **Teaching Assistants** to work in an expanding primary school based in the **South Ockendon area**. This role is full time and will require you to have great knowledge on the primary curriculum. The role will require you working within KS1, helping the teacher with classroom activities and making a difference every day.

As a teaching assistant you must be motivated, resilient and enthusiastic. Having child development at the forefront of your mind is a must.
- Be able to work on a 1:1
- Have experience working with children
- Has a strong passion for education and development of children
- Phonics trained
- Happy to work in KS1
- Promoting positive behaviour, raising self-esteem and promoting an aspirational culture
- Proactively support SEN students with activities to enhance numeracy and literacy
