**How do you fit in**
- We’re looking for an enthusiastic
**Human Resource Generalist** to support the leadership team and execute a wide range of human capital duties (not limited to) end-to-end recruitment, policy and payroll management, new employee onboarding, and people success. In this role, you will directly work with the Head of Human Capital based in India to execute the people strategy for the UK location.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work with the internal stakeholder and manage the end-to-end UK recruitment process.-
- Manage induction and onboarding programs for new employees in the UK-
- Carry out all general HR administration duties and tasks-
- Responsible for maintaining accurate payroll information and managing payroll administration for UK employees and contractors.-
- Keep yourself up to date with UK employment legislation.-
- Provide comprehensive and practical support to managers across a full range of Human Capital activities-
- Reviewing the Human Capital policies and procedures, implementing changes wherever necessary-
- Work with the Head of Human Capital and the India team by participating in specific projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of Climate Connect Digital.-
- Participate in other ad hoc personnel duties as required**Job Requirements**- 2-3 years of proven track record of working in a busy HR environment-
- Confident understanding of GDPR rulesCIPD Level 3 or above-
- Valid visa to live and work in the UK-
- Creativity and resourcefulness in creating solutions to business problems-
- Ability to enjoy working in a hybrid remote set-up.-
- Excellent communication and people skills-
