PPC Manager

About this role:
To help grow the business, we are looking to add a PPC Manager to our busy Marketing Team. You will receive autonomy to set up and establish our paid media activities to ensure that company goals are achieved. Your primary focus will be Google Ads, but wewould also require experience in running Facebook Ads, in addition to any other growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

- Planning and implementing paid marketing strategies to cover search (Google & Bing Ads), social (Facebook Ads) and across other channels where appropriate
- Set up of all relevant tracking and ability to recommend data-driven optimisation opportunities
- Managing significant budgets daily and adjusting bids to maximise return on ad spend for mobile and desktop
- Tracking key performance indicators and producing regular reports for the Senior Management Team
- Keeping abreast of digital marketing trends to identify future growth opportunities
- At least two years of proven experience as a PPC and Digital Marketing Specialist
- Knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing concepts
- Good understanding of Google Analytics
- Experience in data analysis and reporting
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary of £30k - £40k, dependant on experience.
- £4,000 per annum discretionary company bonus scheme.
- 25 days holiday.
