As a leading manufacturer of UV Lamps with over 20 years experience, we have gone from strength to strength and are currently undergoing significant growth. We are now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who wants to take the next step in their careerwithin a well-regarded business.

**BASIC SALARY**: £35,000 to £45,000 Depending on experience

**BENEFITS**:

**JOB DESCRIPTION**: Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager - Manufacturing
You will oversee our marketing department, ensuring that the team is effectively promoting the company and its products, and targeting the correct and appropriate audience in their campaigns. Overall responsibility for the company's on and offline presence,including website design and implementation, SEO, social networks and events.
- Create and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy, partnering closely with sales and marketing teams, to be in charge of pipeline and lead generation
- Ensure our brand and proposition is positioned consistently across all of our client facing platforms
- Oversee PR, corporate communications and guide digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Work successfully with external partners and customers-content and digital researching and analysing market trends and competitors
- Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the Head of Sales
- Overseeing the company's attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences etc.
- Managing budgets and effectively reporting on ROI. Develop and manage the Marketing Team, ensuring they have clear objectives and personaldevelopment plans

**PERSON SPECIFICATION**: Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Manager - Manufacturing
Our Senior Marketing Manager will already be working across multi-channel campaigns and be at ease with high-level meetings about campaign strategy, market insight and the customer journey. In addition, you will also have:

- Solid experience in a senior marketing role where data analytics is a key part of the day to day
- Budget and cost analysis experience
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Strong project management and B2B marketing experience
- Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
- Exceptional copy writing and editing skills
- Relevant marketing qualification or certification
- Digital marketing qualification or certification would be desirable
