Sales Representative - Automotive (Tuning & Exhaust) | Birmingham

We’re looking for a confident and motivated Sales Representative to join our tuning and exhaust business in Birmingham.

This is a sales-focused role where your main responsibility will be handling inbound leads from our ads, following up with potential customers, and converting enquiries into booked jobs. You’ll be the first point of contact for people interested in our tuning, exhaust, and performance services.

You must have previous sales experience and be confident in speaking to customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales. While detailed automotive knowledge isn’t required, an interest in cars or basic knowledge of automotive industry would be ideal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide customers through our services and help them choose the right one
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet
- Maintain organised records of leads, conversations, and bookings
- Work with the workshop team to manage the booking calendar
- Stay familiar with the services we offer, including exhaust work and remapping

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience is essential (not just customer service)
- Strong ability to build rapport and close bookings
- Well-organised, reliable, and proactive in following up leads
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic admin tools
- Based in or near Birmingham

- Has an interest in cars or the automotive industry
- Knows how to manage their own pipeline of leads and follow-ups
- Brings energy, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach
- Works well independently and as part of a small, growing team

Pay: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
