A new authentic Indian concept routed in family tradition. Modern, vibrant, family friendly and colourful. Street food inspired with a twist on authentic recipes and made to share from brunch to an evening delight. A brand that celebrates Punjabi culture in a modern and fun way. **What would you do?**

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Work as part of a motivated, dynamic team.

Act as the first point of contact for all guests.

Offer a warm welcome and gather all relevant information from guests.

Control the flow of reservations through our booking system, ensuring that tables are turned over at correct times.

Be a warm, friendly, and familiar face for everyone - ensuring our guests feel like family.

Maintaining standards around store cleanliness.

Work dynamically with the management team to ensure flawless operation and deal with any customer concerns or complaints.

**What do we need?**
Proven experience working in a high-volume restaurant environment is advantageous - we are recruiting individual personalities not just looking for experience.

Willingness to learn and develop - full training will be given.

Outgoing, diverse, fun, inclusive, colourful, vibrant, and approachable personalities.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.

Be driven and focused on first class standards across all aspects of the operation.

Be creative in problem-solving and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Be flexible to meet the business needs.
Be an ambassador for our Brand.
