We are looking for a Video Editor who has a passion for storytelling to join our growing video production team at JMPUK. As our reputation grows, so does our workload, and we require a talented, innovative and organised Senior Editor to join our Bristol-based team. You will be comfortable with fast turnarounds and with working on multiple video projects simultaneously.

**We are looking for someone**:

**The day to day**:

- Work with leading brands to produce high-end video content for digital
- Raise our bar in terms of creativity in post-production
- Work closely with our other fantastic editors, problem-solving any challenges that arise and optimising and evolving the film process
- Influence our in-house post-production team, maximising efficiency across our current post workflows
- Ensuring any jobs are efficient and in line with timeline, budget and brief
- Play a role in developing our team’s visual storytelling

**What you’ll need**:

- You will ideally have 5 years’ agency/production company experience
- Compelling portfolio/showreel of video-editing work
- A high-end production - and social-first mindset in edits
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Suite and DaVinci Resolve
- Strong understanding of the various aspects of post-production workflow: from edit to grade, post and sound design
- You will bring extensive edit expertise to the table, being able to produce the best possible work within the time available
- Able to drive new initiatives in edits
- Good understanding of editing codec
- Strong attention to detail with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Storyboarding experience is desirable
- Knowledge of sport is desirable
