**HR Recruitment Administrator - £26,000pa, full-time, based in Somerset. Home working (with travel to team days - usually one day a week).**

We help all sorts of businesses with their HR, Recruitment and Payroll needs, and our customers love us so much so that our client base has doubled to 2000 employees in the last 24 months and is set to double again over the next three years - and so are we
We're now looking for someone new to bring a different element as we grow with opportunities for you to grow with us too.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities (the nitty gritty)**
- Co-ordinate and administer the recruitment and selection process to meet our customers’ needs
- _Co-ordinate everyone for happy hour at the Cosy Club - who doesn’t want 241 cocktails? _
- Prepare and place job adverts and job descriptions on all media outlets and recruitment systems
- Provide support to recruiting managers throughout the recruitment process, to include assistance with scheduling, shortlisting, setting up interviews etc
- _Provide support to Andre in the morning, he doesn’t get going until 10am _
- _Liaise with the UK table tennis governing body where necessary - Claire treats our ping pong tournaments very seriously _
- _Ensure you’ve got your tickets ready for the next time we all go and see Coldplay or Michael McIntyre together _
- Ensure our customers remain fully compliant at all times with their regulatory requirements, for example, the Single Central Record in Schools and compliance with CQC Standards
- Build meaningful relationships with our key stakeholders/customers - our relationships with them are hugely important to us
- _Build the most amazing work relationship with our Kate - good things come in small packages_
- Deal with day-to-day recruitment queries with the support of the team
- Produce offer letters, contracts, contract variations and undertake other general administration tasks
- _Produce the odd tea/coffee round; we all take turns, but some (Katie & Chris) drink way more tea than the rest of us _
- Ability to work flexibly and we offer flexibility too eg school pick up, appointments, and brunch dates
**About you**:

- You feel confident speaking on the phone and reflect carefully about what you want to say
- You are comfortable working autonomously but will have the support of an amazing team wrapped around you
