**Role**: Digital Design Lead

**Location**:Handforth, Cheadle, United Kingdom (this role requires 1-2 days a week on-site)

**About the role**:
Working to support our client, the Design Team Leader drives the onsite team to produce (Insert type of work) that are impactful and unique. Reporting to the (Line Manager's position), the Design Team Leader oversees the team of (size & make up of team). *Please write about how this team fits into the wider account and company*

**What you will be doing**:

- Leadership and development of a dedicated team centred around design/creative art working
- Effective daily management of the OLIVER team on-site; providing direction, key decision-making, support and guidance as needed
- Accountable and responsible for the financial management of the team via regular creation of Management Information reports and various performance metrics
- Responsible for the generation and maintenance of ongoing effective working relationships with client stakeholders, regularly communicating with them on progress

**What you need to be great in this role**:

- Excellent client engagement skills with the ability to proactively organise and influence clients and build strong and effective working relationships
- Demonstrable, strong experience designing and producing marketing collateral in the form of (Insert type of work)
- The ability to manage and develop junior team members providing mentoring
- An aptitude for filtering, prioritising and managing workflow to increase efficiency and productivity
- Knowledge of account management and invoicing
- Creative ability with strong Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
- 6+ years of relevant experience in:

- Digital
- Print
- Motion Graphics
- Web Design
- UX-UI
- Artwork
- Production
