**Responsibilities**
- Develop and oversee the religious education curriculum across primary and secondary levels.
- Provide leadership and support to teachers in implementing effective religious education practices.
- Organize and lead training sessions and workshops for staff relating to religious education.
- Foster a positive and inclusive culture that respects all beliefs and encourages open dialogue.
- Collaborate with parents, students, and the community to promote religious education initiatives.
- Evaluate and assess the impact of the religious education program on student learning and engagement.
- Coordinate special religious events, celebrations, and community service projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Religious Education, Theology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a teaching role within primary or secondary education.
- Strong understanding of various religious beliefs and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Experience in curriculum development and program evaluation.
- A passion for nurturing the spiritual and ethical growth of students.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 1-6 months
Pay: £170.00-£245.00 per day
Expected hours: 08.30 - 15.30 per week
