**Salary**: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a reliable, enthusiastic, and motivated Working Supervisor to support and grow with our dynamic cleaning team. Based out of our Kings Norton office, this hands-on role involves travelling to different client sites using a company vehicle, assisting with a range of cleaning duties, and helping to maintain the high standards we are known for.

You will support day-to-day cleaning operations, cover staff absences (such as holidays or sickness), deliver supplies to sites, and play an important role in our deep cleans and specialist cleaning projects. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in cleaning who is looking to step into a supervisory role and grow within a supportive team environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Clocking in from the main office at 8:00 AM and travelling to various client sites as assigned.
- Using a company vehicle for site visits and supply runs
- Supporting the cleaning team during deep cleans and one-off specialist cleans across multiple properties.
- Covering for staff absences, including holidays and sickness, often at short notice.
- Assisting with our other cleaning streams such as environmental property cleans and void property cleans.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all sites.
- Demonstrating a proactive attitude and willingness to learn larger, more complex cleaning projects.
- Providing oversight and basic supervision when working with or leading small teams on site.
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional cleaning (commercial or domestic).
- Must have a valid full UK driving license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- CSCS card preferred but training can be provided.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with the ability to take on new tasks and more advanced roles over time.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to respond quickly to changes in schedule or site locations.
- Comfortable using mobile apps for clocking in/out and job updates (training provided).
- Physically fit and able to perform manual cleaning duties, including deep cleans and lifting supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and a professional manner when representing the company on site.
