**The External Affairs Manage role**:
As the **External Affairs Manager**, you will actively support the team in bringing the voice of the external world into the organisation.
In this evolving role, you will gain exposure at a senior level within HMLR and with high-profile external audiences, and there is a real possibility to shape and influence the formation of our external affairs approach.
**Responsibilities as our External Affairs Manager**:
- Being responsible for effectively managing a defined set of key stakeholders within HM Land Registry and across government and professional bodies- Managing different industry groups, which will include organising meetings- Overseeing governance for the Land Registry Advisory Council and Industry Forum as well as analysing and interpreting information in the wider stakeholder ecosystem- Monitoring and maintaining key stakeholder activities, ensuring our sentiment tracker and organisational profiles are up to date- Making recommendations around stakeholder engagement- Coordinating reports to our Executive Team and supporting the evaluation of external engagement activities
