DP World is looking for a Senior Operative to join our team in Burton. The Senior Operative is responsible for assisting the Supervisor and Team Leader in the management of the teams.

**About the role**
- Coach and support all Warehouse Operatives daily in processes and procedures
- Maintain and monitor standard quality and safe working practices and adhere to the safe working methods
- Deputise for Team Leader
- Other duties as assigned

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in leading a team would be desirable
- Good communication skills
- WMS, verbal and written and communication, IT knowledge - Excel etc.
- Travel may be required
