**Apprentice Administrator**

**£262.50 per week, (37.5 hours per week)**

**Main duties & Responsibilities**:

- Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
- Receiving visitors and referring to appropriate colleagues
- Photocopying and preparation of documents as required
- Updating and maintaining databases and filing systems
- Updating the Website

**Desired skills**:

- Use of Canva, creating professional-looking posters, slideshows, and other media.
