Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering a High Growth International Retail organisation with the key appointment of a newly created Global Social Media Manager role.
Reporting into the Senior Global Communications Manager, you will lead the implementation of an innovative organic social media strategy across all brand channels, integrating a global approach to content, brand storytelling and engagement for key audiencesall over the world.
Working closely with the global content, PR and brand teams, the Global Social Media Manager will be responsible for building an omni-channel approach to help drive brand awareness through enticing storytelling and engaging community management. This rolewill also include 2 direct reports - both social media executives.
Location - London (WFH 3 days per week)
Salary - Up to £50,000 + Bonus & Benefits
**Skills and Experience**
- An experienced social media manager with a proven track record of planning and executing creative, best-in-class social content that drives audience engagement and growth
- 4 years + experience in social media marketing, working in-house or at an agency
- A digital native with excellent knowledge of various social media platforms and their algorithms, including Facebook, Instagram. YouTube & TikTok
- Experience of managing social channels on a global scale, working with a number of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of different content formats and social media trends
