An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the supportive and well established Evolve - Hull Community Eating Disorder Service. This is a new post and the post holder will be working closely with the senior dietitian and the wider MDT, supporting adults with eating disorders.
This post can accommodate a pattern of working from home and the service base.
