Apricus Resourcing are working with a leading charitable organisation who are looking to hire a Data Administrator for an ongoing locum role within one of their leading services based in Stafford.

**Other key duties for the role include**:

- Input client information, onto the database within required timescales ensuring it is accurate and up to date with details of any new activity or referrals.
- Produce data reports to as requested which show performance against key performance indicators (KPIS).
- Support managers in preparation of other reports and correspondence as required and train, coach, and support staff in using the client and services database.
- Set up other data, administrative or monitoring systems either IT or paper based as required
- Audit the client database and provide reports on accurate and appropriate completion of the database by the staff team.
- Ensure that information sharing with other partners is undertaken in accordance with agreed protocols.
- Publicise the services using a wide range of methods including social media, newsletters, attendance at meetings.
- Assist clients by providing basic support and advice, signposting to other relevant services.
- Ensure all calls are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to the appropriate person or taking messages and respond to requests for information about
- the service
- Record client referrals, sending client letters and informing appropriate worker

In order to be considered for this particular role you will need to have exceptional administration skills, knowledge of audit requirements, experience with cash handling & generic admin duties, experience of working with electronic recording systems & proficient Microsoft office skills - a qualification in administration is also highly advantageous.

In return for your hard work the service can offer an ongoing locum position working Mon-Fri 9-5 with a pay rate on offer of £15.25/h. The contract will run on a rolling 3-month basis however, there is a good chance the position will be turned permanent in the future.
