In this role, you’ll do is a critical part of the product delivery lifecycle, it ensures that both the product and delivery teams have an adequate understanding of the requirements and solution, to be able to start design, development and testing.

You’ll focus your energies on increasing our capacity, to shape demand for new digital features, earlier in the delivery lifecycle (discovery), to remove uncertainties and ensure we are focused with the best balance between value and success.

Y ou’ll play a key role in research, documenting the user stories, functional journeys and detailed customer experience and outcomes.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Collaborating with the Senior Product Owner to shape the end-to-end product strategy
- Defining requirements and create user stories, working closely with the developers and designers
- Serving as the day-to-day contact for the team on clarification of requirements
- Exercise strong decision-making mandate across the team as a proxy to the product owner
- Reviewing and analyse proposals from stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and risks contained within the proposed features and solutions

**What you'll bring**:

- Past experience in delivering customer solutions with experience in customer centric research, competitor analysis, design, of UX and UI
- Proven ability to interpret and document requirements as customer journey flows

**It would also be nice for you to have**:

- Awareness of software delivery lifecycle and digital self-service; Knowledge of Jira / confluence an advantage
- Strong confident stakeholder management, and comfortable working with business and technical colleagues
- Experience customer centric research and competitor analysis

This role is based in Milton Keynes and you will be expected to spend 2 days per week of your time in this office.
