We are advertising on behalf of our client one of the most forward thinking and innovative estate agents in the city for a **Full Time Property Consultant**. This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding and highly reputable local business.

**The Role**:

- your main role will be to assist the current Senior Property Manager with the day to day running of the lettings department and to include the following
- Deal with all enquiries in a polite and efficient manor
- Investigate, identify and increase letting conversion rates
- Monitor all letting payments/arears and liaise with tenants and landlords
- Conduct property viewings/inspections and update landlords with any issues etc
- Liaising with various contractors
- Property Health checks, organising any remedial works as required
- Conducting key audits
- Qualifying and deciding tenancies following strict criteria and drafting tenancies
- All other associated tasks as instructed by the senior manager
- This Role will be perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career and looking to progress to a management level in the future.
- 8 hours a day to include an odd Sat morning
- You must have previous experience in a customer service-based role
- Professional, organised and take pride in your appearance
- A good eye for detail is required and ability to work both quickly and to a high standard
- A good understanding of oral and written English is required
- Motivated and a willingness to succeed is a must
- Able to work well in a team
