**Title**: Compliance Administrator
**Hourly rate**:£12.00 - £12.82, holiday will accrue weekly in addition to hourly pay
**Hours**: Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
The first two weeks of this assignment will be fully office based for training purposes, there would then be the option to remain fully office based or to work from home 2 days a week
**Start Date**: ASAP
**Duration**: 12 weeks
**Location**: Bracknell
We are seeking positive minded, experienced administrators who enjoy working in a fast-paced and team orientated environment. You will be committed, process driven and pro-active.
This is an excellent position that is responsible for processing high volumes of contract compliance checks for our client based in Bracknell.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Processing contract compliance forms
- Completing compliance checks ranging from credit, criminal and sanctions to right to work
- Dealing with client bank details
- Performing specialist checks depending on the contractor
- Audit and processing of provided documents to ensure they meet internal policies
- Overseeing and issuing contracts from the system
- Responsible for data entry
- Other administrative duties as required

- Able to manage high workloads with ability to organise and prioritise
- Able to work under pressure and still maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused - helpful and willing to always support
- Solid IT competency
- Confident problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products in a corporate environment
- Previous administration experience is essential
