- **Telephone Skills**: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, delivering a friendly and customer-focused service.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a customer-focused environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
