We are now looking for a **Regional Service Centre Supervisor**to manage the day to day running of our Bristol based Regional Service Centre. This is a full-time permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 14:00shift pattern.

**The Role**

Regional Service Centres are our local delivery and collection hubs, where our approved Installers collect jobs, drop off returns and product waste, and support in the delivery of our fitted furniture. As the **Regional Service Centre Supervisor**, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Regional Service Centre, including managing the goods-in and goods-out process, and overseeing our delivery process to ensure effective deliveryof our product. You will also manage a small team of dedicated RSC Warehouse/Driver Operatives.

Typical activities include but are not limited to:
**Goods in**:

- Advanced check of our AS400 system (computerised management system) to ensure good understanding of work flow and implement effective planning.
- Scan pick all orders daily at the earliest opportunity following arrival from HO and report any problems by due process.
- Traffic Plan deliveries
- Maintain stock levels and records

**Goods out**:

- Assist visiting Customers, Fitters, Fitter management and couriers.
- Assist Drivers with location and loading of furniture being collected.
- Ensure due process is followed with scanning and paperwork.

**Fleet**:

- Ensure Drivers complete daily walk around checks and all defects are recorded and resolved quickly, effectively and in line with compliant legislation.
- Ensure all vehicle records maintained and work sheets sent to HO

**About You**

Our **Regional Service Centre Supervisor** will be a good communicator, computer literate and hold a valid full driving licence - minimum class B.

As this is a busy fast
- paced role, you must be able to work effectively under pressure and think on your feet. A background in warehouse distribution and/or transport, as well as familiarity with a computerised data management system, would be advantageous,but it is not required because full training would be provided.

Please note:There is a requirement to regularly lift and move heavy goods in roller cages.
