We’ve got an exciting opportunity for Investment Customer Service Advisors to join our team in Glasgow.

- Delivering a high standard of customer experience during all interactions with customers with key accountability for delivering a tailored response whether they are selling or buying investments.
- Assisting with self-service customer enquiries.
- Taking ownership for resolving customer enquiries and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Identifying and resolving recurring issues without resorting to short-term fixes.
- Ensuring an ability to think on your feet and the flexibility to adapt to a wide range of responsibilities.

**What you’ll bring.**
- A proven ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Excellent digital awareness and experience in proactively encouraging customers to embrace digital transformation.
- You will require the right to work in the UK (please see details below)

**It would also be nice for you to have.**
- The ability to identify, assesses, manage and report risks within own business area and across San UK.
- Good understanding of relevant policy/regulatory/legislative issues.
- Product knowledge and understanding of internal processes and procedures.
- High quality verbal and written communication skills

**What else you need to know.**

This is an S1-P2 role based in Glasgow and would consist of a Hybrid way of working, where you have the flexibility to be able to work from both the office and home 2 to 3 days per week.

You’ll work five seven-hour rotational shifts, between 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, with the potential of occasional Saturday working being introduced in future.
