**Job Title: Estimator/Assistant Estimator**

**Location: Pudsey, with Travel Required**

**Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Commission on Every Job + Benefits**

With a commitment to excellence and a strong presence in the industry, they are seeking a skilled Estimator/Assistant Estimator to join their team. While experience in fitting PVC and aluminium products is not a requirement, we are looking for an individual with a proven track record in estimating, client management, and tendering jobs.

**Responsibilities**:
**Estimation**: Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects, considering materials, labour, and overhead costs.

**Tendering**: Manage the tendering process for projects, ensuring timely and competitive submissions.

**Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Travel**: Willingness to travel to project sites as needed for assessments and client meetings.

**Architectural Drawings**: Read and interpret architectural drawings to develop precise project estimates.

**Commission**: Earn commission on every successfully secured job, incentivizing performance.

**Documentation**: Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and relevant project documents.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in a related field.

**Tendering Skills**: Proven experience in managing the tendering process for construction projects.

**Client-Focused**: Strong interpersonal and client management skills.

**Analytical Skills**: Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate project cost estimation.

**Travel**: Must be willing to travel for job assessments and client meetings.

**Architectural Understanding**: Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

**Commission-Driven**: Motivated by performance incentives and commission-based compensation.

**Educational Background**: Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
