**The company**:
Maintenance division of a group of based M&E companies who design, install and maintain commercial M&E building services. T/O c£100m
**The role**:
You will be responsible for pricing the in-house delivery of predominantly M&E hard services contracts for clients within commercial, educational and healthcare sectors.
You will work alongside the MD, and work together on the pricing model for each bidding opportunity.

**Salary**:
Up to £50,000 to £55,000 with a car / car allowance (£6000) + 27 days holiday + 4%/4% pension
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
