**Finance Administrator/ Purchase Ledger Assistant**
**Chester, Cheshire**
**Full Time Permanent - 40 hours per week**
**Salary: £22,000 per annum**

**Purpose of the Role**:
Reporting to and working closely with the Management Accountant, the main responsibilities of this role will be:
**Purchase Ledger**
Receive supplier invoices
Seek approval from relevant department managers
Accurately input invoices into Sage system
Resolve all internal and supplier queries
Provide a weekly report of all purchase ledger activities to the Management Accountant
Posting bank payment transactions on to Sage 200
**Other Duties**
Monitoring and controlling the day to day incomes and expenditures of the business
General Finance Administration duties
General Office Administration duties
Assisting with petty cash returns at month end
