Here"s what you need to know before applying**: - Your key duties will include: - Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless tailored experience - Being informed about services and helping customers with natural service - Ensuring safety, security and the service of the car park customers, client and property - Handling cash and working the cash register - Completing report sheets and log sheets as instructed - Carrying out relevant basic maintenance of payment machines and entry and exit barriers - Ensure that patrols are carried out at all times in accordance with the sites KPI’s - Report any element of car park service that might compromise the level of service we wish to achieve - Do you have a passion for providing outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride?_ - Are you able to take initiative and make choices that are right for our customers?_ - Do you have a desire to succeed in your role?_**We'll ensure you"re rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a competitive benefits package which includes but is not limited to**: - 42 hours per week - To work a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 12 hour shifts with a variety of days and nights.
