An exciting full time (37.5 hours) Ward Administrator opportunity has arisen on Snowdrop ward at Prospect Park Hospital. If you are looking to progress your mental health career pathway, our acute wards can offer you a great environment that will enable you to develop your skills & confidence as a Ward Administrator.
Snowdrop is a mixed 22 bed Acute Ward thatprovides care for vulnerable adults. Based in Reading, located close to the amenities of the town centre and a leafy park, the ward works closely with patients and families to help them to identify their needs and participate actively in their care, providing a place of empathy, kindness and compassion. We have created a culture where everyone has a voice and where service users and staff collaborate to make positive change.
Highly organised, you will enjoy working in a busy environment and will have demonstrable office work experience. You're able to adapt at problem-solving and have excellent oral and written communication and people skills. Willing to learn, you will show initiative and be highly motivated, and feel confident in handling confidential and sensitive information with care and respect.
