Head of Finance Business Partnering

**Location**: Northampton - at least 3 days a week
**Salary**:£80,000 - £90,000 DOE

**You and your role.**
We are looking for a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with 5 years post qualified experience in a large-scale corporate environment.
The role will be responsible for 6 direct reports at the finance business partner level and will be expected to lead, mentor, and develop their team effectively.
The Head of Finance Business Partnering reports to the Head Of Commercial Finance and will be responsible for driving standards in business partnering and bringing a balance of challenge and support to the team as well as business unit directors and key stakeholders, holding these stakeholders to account in the delivery of the group’s financial and strategic goals.
**Demonstrable experience of**:
- Preparing, reviewing, and analysing financial and KPI data
- Stakeholder management - Ensuring all stakeholders are involved, informed, and understanding of the group’s financial and operational performance.
- Ownership of all financial metrics in each business unit supporting and challenging all fiscal results and performance in each business unit
- Team management of a high performing senior team
- Continuous improvement, automating processes to increase transparency and efficiency.
- Understanding complex financial scenarios and be comfortable at modelling them accordingly
