**Job Overview**
**Duties**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote recruitment services within the industrial sector.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilise CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track interactions and manage customer information.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, outcomes achieved, and follow-up actions required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving outreach efforts.
- Generate and execute high volume quality sales calls.
- Achieve individual and team targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during calls.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous.
- A passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Pay: £27,500.00-£32,000.00 per year
