**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a vital member of our team, you'll assist with deliveries, and the setup and removal of supplies and furniture throughout event spaces. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that involves standing and moving for extended periods. You'll need to be physically fit, capable of lifting 14 - 23kg (35 - 50 lbs), and ready to tackle challenges with a proactive, resourceful attitude.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- **EXHIBITION CREW**:_
- Load and unload furniture from lorries.
- Distribute furniture throughout event spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling exhibitor queries.
- Work from detailed exhibition floor plans.
- **EVENT CREW**:_
- Set up and break down event spaces.
- Build and dismantle temporary stages and seating structures.
- Rig and de-rig sound, AV, and lighting equipment.
- Construct event sets.
- **SHOW LEADER**:_
- Assist with crew tasks.
- Liaise with clients and event organisers.
- Oversee and train crew members.
- Manage timesheets.

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**:

- Previous experience in furniture removal or a warehouse environment is essential.
- Ability to read and follow floor plans and instructions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Physically capable of long periods of standing and heavy lifting.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic.
- A full UK Driving license is beneficial but not required.

**MAIN LOCATIONS**:

- Olympia (Hammersmith)
- Excel (Docklands)
- BDC (Islington)

**JOB TYPES**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**PAY**: £11-£15.00 per hour
