**Role: Customer Contact Centre Team Leader**
**Salary: Up to £28,000 + Bonus**
**Location: Nottingham, NG9 6DP**
You’ll be a determined and confident leader, looking for an opportunity to join an established and successful team based in Nottingham. With a background in either customer services or telemarketing, you will be confident working well under pressure and towards tight deadlines.
As a team leader, you’ll lead the day-to-day running of the Customer Contact Centre, generating additional opportunities by supplementing existing business development activity through structured outbound telemarketing activity, processing inbound calls from the company website, and operating the ‘live chat’ function on the website.
You’ll also work closely with the National Call Centre Team Leader to collaboratively drive both call centres results and KPIs.
At the core of everything, you’ll be a strong people manager, who will invest the time to coach and develop your direct reports within the Customer Contact Centre team. You’ll be responsible for driving your team to achieve set targets, whilst creating a culture of continuous improvement by reviewing their results and ways of working. Whilst the role is based from our office in Nottingham, there is a requirement for some travel to our Head Office in York and other areas of the business across the UK therefore a full, valid UK driving license is essential.
**As a Team leader, you will have**:
- Proven experience in team management, including coaching
- Substantial previous telemarketing experience
- Demonstrable knowledge of efficiency improvement and optimisation in a call centre environment.
- Solid experience with various software packages (Including MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- The ability to quickly establish strong, professional working relationships
- UK Driving license
