We are currently recruiting a Sales Advisor to join our new team. The team will be based in our central Leeds office, but the position will be homebased until our offices are fully re-opened.

**About the Role**
- As a Sales Advisor you will need to be able to:
- Build rapport with customers quickly with the ability to explore their needs and clearly articulate the products most suited to the customer’s needs.
- Work with clients to advise them on insurance product, limit, excess and payment options that are right for their business.
- Develop a deep understanding of our key customer segments, their needs and business activities
- Work with underwriters and our insurance partners on all customer referrals - this includes the collection of the additional information needed and ensuring a fast turnaround for the customer.
- You will demonstrate a high level of client, system and process knowledge.
- Continuously look for ways to improve our systems, products and processes and feed this back to your team leader, so we constantly improve our proposition to customers
- Adhere to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and making sure Service Level Agreements SLA’s are maintained
- Track individual performance daily to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high level of quality
- Be responsible for working in accordance with the Aon UK Limited Risk Management Framework, and compliance with the Aon UK Limited policies, including participation in the management of risks (including completion of mandatory training) that may adverselyaffect the business, interests or reputation of any Group Company.
