Product Owner

We have some big ambitions and as a Product Owner for Mortgages, you will be working with a business wide team to deliver changes to our mortgage business, that drive improved customer experience and increased profitability.

**About the role**

Working as part of a team of Product Owners you will be responsible for the management of our mortgage origination system (MSO) and continuous development of our future roadmap.

Working alongside our Change Delivery colleagues, SRM and third party partnerships. You will;
- Be an advocate for our Mortgage Strategy and over see the translation of this into our platform roadmap
- Be responsible for the Society wide platform roadmap
- Be the relationship conduit, facilitating conversations between our partner and key stakeholders across the business

We work on a hybrid basis, so you’ll blend home working with regular time in our Leeds office, with occasional travel to our other sites.

**About you**

You will have a background working with technology partnerships, it would be desirable to have worked with mortgage platform providers in the past.

You'll have excellent interpersonal skills you will be able to demonstrate a strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively. Alongside this you’ll;
- Have experience of delivering excellent customer and commercial outcomes through cross functional change
- Be effective at managing a diverse set of internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Experience of developing others in a change environment
