**Marketing and Social Media Executive**

**Leyland**

**£22,000 - £25,000 (dependant on experience)**

My client is an award-winning cosmetics manufacturer who work with the biggest beauty brands in the UK. Due to tremendous growth and success, the opportunity to recruit a Marketing Executive has arisen to assist the commercial team

This is an opportunity to join a thriving business in a newly appointed role, with full creative autonomy.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the company’s social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok
- Measure website traffic through Google Analytics, as well as social media impressions to gauge the success of marketing materials
- Create short promotional videos for our social media pages
- SEO - update our website regularly to ensure that retain a high SEO score
- Write blogs - this could be about our company or the wider industry i.e. trends, news, tips etc.
- Assist with the planning of UK and international exhibitions, assisting in the design of artwork and the production of exhibition material
- Support the team with the development of NPD presentations, looking at trends across categories, support with ad-hoc customer marketing requests
- Conduct market research (Key trends/key word analysis, analysing competitor behaviours etc.) to assist the creation of marketing material for the business

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience creating online marketing material is a necessity
- B2B marketing experience is preferrable.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe software, such as Photoshop and Premiere Pro
- Previous experience with SEO, as well as the ability to use Google Analytics.
- Good knowledge of social media channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
- A positive thinker with the ability to work proactively and use initiative.
- Demonstrate creative and 'out of the box' thinking in their approach to marketing

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
