We are now looking for a Production Operative to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The Role**

As a Production Operative, you will support our coffee production processes to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality products.

Working closely with your team leader, you’ll assist with a range of tasks to meet production needs, including labelling, packing, cleaning and basic maintenance activities.

You will also help maintain high hygiene standards and ensure production supplies are well-stocked, adjusting quickly to changes in demand.

Additionally, you will:

- Follow a high standard of personal hygiene
- Promote the company positively through our values
- Participate in staff development and training events

**About You**

To be considered as a Production Operative, you will need:

- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment
- The ability to work well in a team
- A flexible and proactive approach to work
