And we're not looking for Job Applicants We are looking for our new team member - a Dispensing Optician - who'll manage in day to day operations for the Urmston Store.

We fully support career development and if successful, we will help you achieve your goals.This position is based in Specscart Urmston store. You must be well-presented, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with our customers.

The role will suit an individual who is passionate about optics and aims to build better sales targets to achieve maximum OTE.

**Key Tasks**
- Maximising store Sales & Customer Satisfaction.
- Attending Walk-in customers & Taking Telephone Calls.
- Ensuring every customer gets a great experience in-store.
- Reaching eye test booking appointment targets.
- Complete adjustments and collections. Dispense spectacles.
- Be an all-rounder in an optical practice most importantly, with know-how to do the paper work as well.
- Assist on giving good, clear advice and making a positive impression.
- To help with the day to day business.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**
- Must be registered with the GOC as a Dispensing Optician
- Possess the right to work in the United Kingdom
- Should enjoy working individually as well as in a team environment.
