We have a rare and fantastic opportunity for a person who is looking for the next step in the franchised dealer career as Head of Sales for West London Audi.
Due to an internal promotion we have taken the opportunity to re-structure our sales departments. Therefore, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who is an aspiring Head of Business and currently holds the role of General Sales Manager within their current business and can demonstrate an impressive level of self-development, performance and loyalty within their career
This is an opportunity to oversee the strategic planning of this unique facility and one who can produce business plans deliver them with careful and measured integration with your team. A person who is approachable, driven and motivated by the demands and success of the department together with the long term opportunities such a role within the Group will afford.
You will be fully accountable for all aspects of the sales department but with the support of proven, experienced and motivated sales management team and with overall responsibility on delivering performance across the department including financial, people, customer experience, cost management whilst celebrating success having fun and delivering our Group Aim. You will be role model within the business and will consistently demonstrate positive behaviours and continue to build a team who succeed.
This is truly an exceptional opportunity within Sytner and with the Audi brand and one with consistent results will lead to future progression and personal development within the Division and or Group
