We have a rare and exciting and brand new opportunity available at West London Audi that has arisen due to internal promotions.
At West London Audi we are passionate about seeing our colleagues grow and flourish in their roles and as such we have taken this as an opportunity to re-structure our Sales departments and introduce a Head of Sales position at our West London dealership.
With this in mind we are now looking for an experienced sales professional who is an aspiring Head of Business, possibly a current General Sales Manager who can demonstrate an impressive level of self-development, performance and loyalty within their career.
This is a fantastic opportunity to oversee the strategic planning of our unique facility and for an experienced sales professional, who can produce business plans deliver them with careful and measured integration with your team.
The ability to be able to lead and motivate a team to exceed targets and maximise profitability across all areas of the Sales department is essential.
We are looking for someone who has high standards, the capability to bring new ideas to the table and the ability to drive the performance of the sales team and to take our sales departments to a whole new level.
A person who is approachable, driven and motivated by the demands and success of the department together with the long term opportunities such a role within the Group will afford.
You will be fully accountable for all aspects of the sales department but with the support of proven, experienced and motivated sales management team and with overall responsibility on delivering performance across the department including financial, people, customer experience, cost management whilst celebrating success having fun and delivering our Group Aim.
You will be a role model within the business and will consistently demonstrate positive behaviours and continue to build a team who succeed.
