Robin Specialist Autism Service is an outreach service supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism both at home and in the community. We are located in the London, Greater London area covering the areas of: Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Redbridge, Barnet, Camden, Hillingdon, Waltham Forest, and Newham.

Our clients take part in a range of activities such as Swimming, cycling, rock climbing, nature walks, art, music, yoga, and day trips to local towns, cities, and historical sites.

We welcome applicants for this role on the understanding they can commute to various destination as requested. You must be a competent swimmer, cyclist and physically active to walk for long periods in the community.

Support clients with daily living skills including meal preparation and personal care
- Support with sourcing volunteer/work experience opportunities
- Support clients to access the community and participate in various activities of interest that vary for everyone.
- Support with attending appointments
- Support with housing issues
- Support with maintain relationships and forming new relationships and network.
- Support with going to holidays
- Support with managing finances and teaching budgeting skills
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate records of services provided

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Valid driver's license desirable
