Our restaurant celebrates unashamedly the charm of Italian hospitality, with art laden walls, contemporary botanical spaces, colourful interiors, and a familial intimate service straight from the trattoria playbook.

Zoom East Kitchen & Bar with its own private dining orangery and courtyard, brings together the fresh and vibrant tastes of Sicily cuisine, a glorious Mediterranean homage to Arabian-Italian fusion. Proudly partnering with some of East London’s top food & beverage suppliers, our very own aperitivo deli bar will showcase some of best sustainable Sicilian and British producers.

The Italian phrase ‘Sottoterra’ takes on new life and meaning, as our home is set in the lower ground of the contemporary Hyatt Place London City East hotel. Our vibrant restaurant embraces the very best of the local ‘underground’ food, art, and music scene.

**_We are looking for the following skills and experience:_**
- Ability to show a real passion of our new restaurant concept, our brand and menus
- Enthusiastic about local East London Art Scene, Music, Sustainability and the Environment
- Would be advantageous to have knowledge of Mediterranean / Sicilian cuisine
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a team player
- Experience in offering exceptional service
- Consistently leading by example

**_WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:_**
- Restaurant and / or Hotel industry experience is essential for the role
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
